Most of the stuff on my website is free. However, if you live in the Bay Area and have previously set up a meeting time with me, this is the place where you purchase Story Coaching from me.

Story Coaching

Do you have a story you’d like to publish? Do you have a story you’d like to write? Are you stuck in the middle? Story coaching may help you finish or take your story to the next level.

Who can benefit from private Story Coaching?

I’ve worked with talented authors from Kindergarten through eighth grade. Send me your story, whether its finished or not, I can help you take it to the next level.

How does Story Coaching work?

If you’d like to work with me, you can sign up for a story coaching session, based on the length of your 12 pt., double-spaced manuscript, below. Once payment is made and manuscript is sent, I will read your story and then send you a letter. After that, we’ll meet and discuss the next steps you would like to take.

Each writer will receive a detailed letter outlining:

  1. strengths of the piece
  2. gifts of the author
  3. questions about this story designed to inspire revision
  4. ideas for exercises to inspire future writing
  5. Recommended reading list

We will set up a 30-minute meeting two weeks (or more) after the letter. Here we’ll discuss future plans for the piece. At that meeting, I can also look at some revisions, if any have been made. If you are outside of the Bay Area, we can meet via Skype or FaceTime.

How can I contact you?

Please email me any questions. Once you pay, the download you receive contains my contact information.
